Group Classes - Registering Online

By clicking the link “Class & Event Schedule” to the left you can view our current group class and event schedule.

Through our convenient online portal you have the opportunity to create a user account with which you can purchase passes and register for classes. When registering for a class, or for a series of classes, you will need to use one or more of your passes. Our online booking system can be accessed by clicking the “Online Portal” button, located at several places on our web site.

If you already have an account at our online portal you may log in and purchases passes or register for courses like you have done before. If you are new, the following s a list of the things you can do:

1. You can: Create an account right away in the top right corner
2. You can: On the “Group Lessons” tab click on the particular class you want to register for. If you haven’t made an account it will prompt you to do so once you try to register. Also, if you don’t currently own any passes the system will ask that you purchase one or more passes which you will then be able to use for class registering
   • When registering for a class you can choose to register for that single class, or to make a recurring registration. Making a recurring registration is convenient if you want to avoid logging on to your account and registering each time you take a particular class. An example: You can choose to use 5 passes to pre-register for the upcoming 5 lessons in Salsa right away, instead of registering for them one by one
3. You can: Purchase passes directly from the “Online Shop” tab

Picking Class Level

If it is the first time you register for a class we recommend that you talk to us on beforehand as we want to make sure you get the most out of your lessons by attending the class that best fits your current level.

Cancelling a Reservation

If you cancel a class reservation 24 hours prior to when it is held, we will provide you with a complete refund of the pass(es) you spent.

Summary

In order to enroll in a class you must:

1. Purchase the desired number of class passes
2. Spend your class pass to register for a particular class. You may spend multiple passes to pre-register for recurring classes. An example of this is to use 5 passes to pre-register for 5 Salsa 1 classes.
